1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories or manuals (if applicable).

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or customer error in ordering.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product.

Include your order number and delivery details for verification.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up or guide you on how to return it.

3. Replacement Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

If eligible, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

If the product is not in returnable condition, the return may be rejected.

4. Refunds

Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are not issued. In approved cases, we offer product replacement only. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your order before confirming delivery.
